Hello -
I support the submitted zoning proposal to allow an 'island' of R4 zoning to be changed to R2.The UDC does not speak to the vast majority of homeowners, present and future, in Bozeman.
It speaks to the greed of developers and to city planners and commissioners who seem to insiston growing Bozeman, no matter the cost. Let's stop now, okay?
The Bon Ton District has been called the 'soul' of Bozeman - let's keep it that way! Please,
please, NO MORE GUTHRIE's and NO MORE ANDY HOLLORAN. And please uphold theNCOD. I do not at all understand why/how you disregarded the NCOD and allowed the
Guthrie to be built. Did you not hear the local people at your meetings? We are torn to piecesby over-development.
Please STOP all the development and vote in favor of the Bon Ton proposal.
