HomeMy WebLinkAbout034 L102 NOTES AND SCHEDULEGENERAL NOTES1.PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY WORK, APPLICANT MUST CONTACT THE WATERCONSERVATION DIVISION TO SCHEDULE A PRE-INSTALLATION MEETING.2.ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS, SHALL HAVE PERMANENT UNDERGROUND IRRIGATIONINSTALLED TO ENSURE A HEALTHY LANDSCAPE.3.ALL AREAS DISTURBED BY CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RE-GRADED, ROCKHOUNDED AND PLANTED AND MAINTAINED.4.ALL EDGING SHALL BE METAL (PRO EDGE-STEEL/ALUMINUM).5.ALL SHRUB BEDS SHALL BE LINED WITH PROFESSIONAL GRADE TYPAR WEEDFABRIC, AND COVERED WITH 3-4" OF 1" BLACK BASALT ROCK MULCH6.CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY LOCATION OF ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO INSTALLATION,EXCAVATION, OR PLANTING.7.NO TREE SHALL BE PLANTED WITHIN 10' OF ANY FIRE HYDRANT, SEWER ORWATER LINE.8.ALL STREET TREES SHALL BE APPROVED BY CITY FORESTER AND PLANTEDSLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN GRADE AND WITH THE TREE COLLAR EXPOSED.
