Hi Chris, The water adequacy code allows for the deferral of the code for Master Site Plans to the individual phases, which makes sense for this application. We don’t need to work through the individual phase determination at this time. I would recommend providing this email corresponds with the MaSP revision to address Alicia’s comment. It is marked as “unresolved” versus “info only”, so I am hoping you can clarify if any CILWR action needs to be taken at this time for MSP approval.
