To Shawna Meyer,
From what we see we on your proposed civil plan drawings at 703 West Mendenhall, we will not need
to bring anything other than your service conductor and gas line through your property. Therefore,
there will be no easement through your property required.
The proposed relocation of the traffic light service under ground, runs along Mendenhall to the
traffic signal on the street corner & appears to be under the sidewalk & outside of your property
(same for utilities paralleling 7th). In which case, you will only need an encroachment permit from the
city for being in the Mendenhall and 7th right of way.
