Dear Chris:
The purpose of this submittal is to provide you with the Zone Map Amendment Information for the above-
mentioned property, as discussed in our recent email exchange. This is in reference to the land swap that was
completed between my client (Campeche Shores Development LLC) and Gallatin County (Regional Park) back
in November of 2022, however the zoning update to coincide with the boundary line adjustment was never
finalized.
