a) Documents: Include application forms, narratives, responses to City comments, supplemental
documents, technical reports, easements, and legal documents.
b) Drawings: Include site plans, civil plans, landscape plans, irrigation plans, photometric plans, and
elevations. All drawings must be formatted for 24” x 36” or 11” x 17” sheets and oriented in landscape mode.

The project narrative should describe the project type, use, scope, size (including dwellings, building size
and height, number of buildings, and parking spaces), intent, and phasing if applicable. It must address the
City's conceptual review comments. Include a director's letter if requesting a waiver from the conceptual
review.

If the property is located within the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD), include
Commercial Certificate of Appropriateness (CCOA) or Demolition (DEM) applications and required
materials. You may only apply for deviations in conjunction with a development proposal. Standards and
