Director of Community Development, Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Commissioners,
Project 23185, Hotel Bozeman, must be re-noticed because the documents file in the
community development viewer did not contain any documents until April 18th, only 4 daysbefore the end of public comment.
Documents should have been available to the public since the beginning of the noticing period
on March 31st. I try to keep up with these, but sending out the docs at the beginning of Easterweekend is not ok with a final date of April 21.
This gives the public only 4 days to review all documents associated with the development.
Not only is this insufficient time to examine the documents, it is a violation of our municipalcode, and our Montana constitutional right to meaningful participation.
Re-notice project 23185, Hotel Bozeman.
