Business
Montana State Small Business Credit Initiative 2.0 Loan Participation Program-
Recycled Funds application is now open. The application will remain open for the
duration of the program, with capital availability contingent on repayments from existing
borrowers. For more information, view the recent SSBCI press release.
Registration for the Montana Department of Commerce’s Governor’s Conference
on Tourism is open through tomorrow. The event will feature a wide variety of
sessions focusing on our theme, "The Road Ahead."
Conference presentations will include:

“Preserving our Past, Sharing our Stories: The Montana Heritage Center”
"Tourism by Rail"
"Developing Sports Meetings"
"Grant Writing Power Hour”
"Financing Media in Montana"
The "Opportunities in Rural Economies Loan Participation and Grant Programs"
session will be presented at the Spring Montana Economic Developers Association
Conference April 22-24. This in-person presentation will discuss guidelines,
expectations and the intent behind the funds and will provide an open forum for
questions and insights.
Opportunities in Rural Economies Planning Grant application cycle is open
through May 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
