Dear City Commision, In regards to the memorandum from Cassandra Tozer, Human Resources Director, and in particular this statement: STRATEGIC PLAN: 7.2 Employee Excellence: Recruit, retain and value a diverse, well-trained, qualified and motivated team capable of delivering superior performance. Be accountable and expect accountability from others. Make demonstrated use of goodjudgement a part of the evaluation process for promotions. Will you please produce the following numbers, or a similar metric, in order to demonstrate empirically the progress made over the past 10 years? 1. 2015 percentage of women supervisors to all supervisors in positions that are paid by the city2. Current percentage of women supervisors to all supervisors paid by the city 3. 2015 percentage of women's pay to total pay of all employees paid by the city4. Current percentage of women's pay to total pay of all employees paid by the city It should be pretty easy to pull these numbers, I would think, and give a very clear indicationof progress made and progress still to be made.
