To whom it may concern,
I have been a tenant in The Bozeman Hotel for 20 years now and I feel it is absolutely unfairto eliminate our parking lot for some money hungry developer that’s not adding anything of
value to this town not to mention the repercussions it will have on our creek! This deviation toencroach further onto Bozeman creek should not be allowed as it ignores requires permits for
Bozeman Creek work no 310 or 404 permits, it is illegal and should not even be considered.The whole plan will increase congestion, spillover parking and disrupt what’s left if the
walkable historic district. If you approve this it will be a violation of the Montana Constitutionand violates due process. Please I urge you to do the right thing, as a Bozeman native I have
seen such heartbreaking changes that have violated the city’s own planning goals (38.540.010)Let’s cap off this growth/greed insanity so we can ensure a peaceful and appropriate
