In consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, the receipt and sufficiency whereof being hereby acknowledged,the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Addition to Payment. Unit Rate Schedule (Attachment 1) has been added to the payment provisions. 2. Agreement still valid.
