The Guthrie Project is wrong for Bozeman, period. The proposed 30 parking spaces for 111 units = no parking for 81
apartments. Seriously? This doesn't even account for two person units with two or more occupants who may or may
not need parking. Tarking is totally inadequate. The square footage of these units is so small fitting a queen bed and
a dresser in the bedroom would take up all the walking space if you include a minimal closet of 2ft x 6 ft. the studios
will end up being short term rentals due to their inadequate living space and no parking. Having a school in close
proximity is going to strain the whole neighborhood especially at student pick up and drop off times. Do you want
your young child trying to navigate this mess walking to or from school? Where is the consideration for the local
residents and the taxpayers who support the schools ?
