NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan procedures and criteria of section 38.230.050 of the
Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and including the associated standards as outlined in 38.230.100.A,
BMC. Approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment.
Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal.
During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Summary: A Site Plan application to allow the construction of an un-manned, pre-fabricated 432
square foot fiber optic utility hut and generator on 14-foot x 48-foot concrete slab. Gravel access,
underground utilities, stormwater retention, and fencing are also proposed on the site. Located
within the North Park Master Site Plan (#15273).
