Although my home in Bozeman is just outside city limits, I consider myself lucky o have been
a citizen of Bozeman for 25 years. I wish to comment for planning purposes that we shouldnot try to fit as much housing as possible into the urban core. We should preserve the
bungalow style homes using the NCOD. Do not accommodate further population growth atall. Shut it down. That will give an incentive for other small communities like Townsend to
grow. Bozeman is geographically key habitat bordering the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.Put a moratorium on development on the Valley of the Flowers.
