WHEREAS the above utility easement(s)were granted by the following instruments: Conditions of Approval of Eastlake Professional Center Subdivision,of record in Book J of Plats,Page 710, recorded on July 6,2022 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County,Montana. WHEREAS no public utilities are located within the easements to be released and the vacation of the said easements will not adversely impact the Grantor's or the Public utility companies interests.
