RECITALS WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of real property legally described as follows: Lot 2A, Minor Subdivision No. 503A, City of Bozeman, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,Montana,and located in the SE 1/4 of Section 14,Township 2 South, Range 5 East of P.M.M. ("Pro e "); WHEREAS, Grantor and Grantee entered into a Public Stormwater Utility Easement and Agreement recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder for Gallatin County,Montana, on July 13, 2023, as Document No. 2805070 ("Agreement"). NOW THEREFORE, upon mutual consideration of the Parties, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Parties, the Parties agree to terminate the Agreement as follows: The Parties herein terminate the Agreement recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder for Gallatin County, Montana, on July 13, 2023, as Document No. 2805070, in its entirety.
