PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT
THIS TERMINATION OF PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT is hereby made and entered

liability company,with mailing address of 19 Lariat Loop,Bozeman,MT 59715-9200("Grantor")
and the CITY OF BOZEMAN, with mailing address of P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, MT 59771-
1230 ("Grantee") (unless otherwise noted, collectively referred to as the "Parties").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of real property legally described as follows:
Lot 2A, Minor Subdivision No. 503A, City of Bozeman, according to the
plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder,
Gallatin County,Montana,and located in the SE'/4 of Section 14,Township
2 South,Range 5 East of P.M.M. ("Pro e ");
Lot 3, Minor Subdivision No. 503, City of Bozeman, according to the plat
thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder,
Gallatin County,Montana,and located in the SE'/4 of Section 14,Township
2 South,Range 5 East of P.M.M. ("Pro e ");
WHEREAS, Grantor and Grantee entered into a Public Access Easement recorded in the
Office of the County Clerk and Recorder for Gallatin County, Montana, on December 30, 2013,
as Document No. 2471375 ("Agreement").
NOW THEREFORE, upon mutual consideration of the Parties, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged by the Parties,the Parties agree to terminate the Agreement as follows:

The Parties herein terminate the Agreement recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and
Recorder for Gallatin County, Montana, on December 30, 2013, as Document No. 2471375 in its
entirety. The Agreement shall have no further force and effect and it shall no longer be deemed to
grant any easement or other right or obligation expressed or implied therein to the Property or to
the Parties or to the heirs, successors and assigns of the Parties.
