RECITALS WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner of real property legally described as follows: Lot 2A, Minor Subdivision No. 503A, City of Bozeman, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,Montana,and located in the SE'/4 of Section 14,Township 2 South,Range 5 East of P.M.M. ("Pro e "); Lot 3, Minor Subdivision No. 503, City of Bozeman, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County,Montana,and located in the SE'/4 of Section 14,Township 2 South,Range 5 East of P.M.M. ("Pro e "); WHEREAS, Grantor and Grantee entered into a Public Access Easement recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder for Gallatin County, Montana, on December 30, 2013, as Document No. 2471375 ("Agreement"). The Agreement shall have no further force and effect and it shall no longer be deemed to grant any easement or other right or obligation expressed or implied therein to the Property or to the Parties or to the heirs, successors and assigns of the Parties.
