RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT
COMES NOW the City of Bozeman, 121 N. Rouse Ave,M"T 59715,a Municipal Corporation of the State
of Montana hereinafter("GRANTOR")and does hereby release and rcconvey the following described casement
unto SJY Commercial, LLC, a Montana limited liability company, as follows:
WITNESSET1-1
WHEREAS,the Grantor is the legal record title holder of a"Temporary Construction Easement situated
across Lot 23 in Block E of Tracy's Second Addition to the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS, the above Temporary Construction Easement wits granted by the Robert G. Essig and
Sheryl J. Essig Revocable Living Trust Dated May 9,2005 by the following instrument:
Temporary Construction Easement, granted unto the City of Bozeman, recorded May 16, 2018,
Document No.2613863,records of Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS, the vacation of the said easement will not adversely impact the Grantor's interests.
WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to SJY Commercial, LLC, it Montana
limited liability company,the"temporary Construction Easement located on the above-described real property as
set forth on the Exhibit attached hereto together with any right,title,or interest that the Grantor may have in said
Temporary Construction Easement as set forth on the Exhibit attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference as though fully set forth.
