RELEASE AND RECONVEYANCE OF EASEMENT(S)
COMES NOW the City of Bozeman, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Bozeman, MT 59715, a
Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana hereinafter ("GRANTOR") and does hereby
release and reconvey the following described easement(s) unto Saccoccia Lands, LLC, a
Montana Limited Liability Companx as follows:
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS the Grantor is the legal record title holder of the 50' Temporary Cul-De-Sac
(200FM369) easements) situated across Lot 5 of Bridger Peaks Village Subdivision, City of
Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana.
WHEREAS the above 50' Temporary Cul-De-Sac easements) were granted October 24,
2003 and recorded on November 123 2003 at the Clerk and Recorder's Office of Gallatin County,
Montana.
WHEREFORE, the Grantor does hereby release and reconvey to Saccoccia Lands, LLC,
those portions of the easements) located on the above described real property as set forth on
Bridger Peaks Village_Subdivision Final Plat J-368 attached hereto together with any right, title,
or interest that the Grantor may have in said easements as set forth on the Final Plat attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth and shown on the Final Plat.
This reconveyance shall not affect the remainder of that easements shown on said Book
of Plats J, page 368 in the Clerk and Recorder's office of Gallatin County, Montana.
