Dear Members of the Bozeman City Commission,
Please overturn the Development Director's approval of the Guthrie.
The project violates the intent of the Neighbor Conservation District designation.As proposed, the project does not preserve the character of the neighborhood. The mass and
height of the structure is overwhelming.
The congestion and parking nightmare it will create is a real safety hazard. Villard is already aspeedway for vehicles avoiding North 7th.
Please uphold the 2 year stay on demolition so a reasonable compromise can be found for thisproject.
