GRANTOR (MSU)may relocatetheEasement ifintheopinionofGRANTOR (MSU)it unreasonablyinterfereswith thepresentor futureuse by GRANTOR (MSU)ofGRANTOR'S (MSU)land.GRANTOR (MSU)shallprovidetoGRANTEE (BZN)a substituteeasement area asreasonablysuitedtoGRANTEE'S (BZN)needs inorderto sufficientlymaintain,operate,or replacethewaterpipeline.Relocationshallbe atGRANTOR'S (MSU)solecostand expense. GRANTOR (MSU)willthendraftforGRANTEE (BZN)reviewand signature,thenecessary easement modificationagreements(s)tofacilitatesuch relocation. GRANTOR (MSU)may terminatethisEasement and alloftherightsgrantedhereinif thewatermain and appurtenancesaretakenoutofservice,abandoned,relocated,or removed. GRANTOR (MSU)shallnotifyGRANTEE (BZN)2-yearspriortoterminationof theeasement ifthepipelineistobe relocatedand 1-yearpriortoterminationifthepipelineistobe decommissioned orremoved.Any and allinterestinGRANTOR'S (MSU)landconveyed inthis Easement shallautomaticallyreverttoGRANTOR (MSU)oritsassignsand successors. GRANTOR (MSU)may remove or abandon in-placeany and allimprovements itor GRANTEE (BZN)installedin,on,under or above theeasement areaatGRANTOR'S (MSU)solecostand expense.GRANTOR (MSU)willthendraftforGRANTEE (BZN)reviewand signature,the necessaryeasement modificationagreement(s)orreleaseoftheEasement.
