EmilyCity commissionersCity planners Patty McGownJandt neighborhoodBzn resident since 1987 Please!! Please change these pictures (attached below) for truly accurate portrayals of what the proposed housing density increases will truly actually look like. An MSU architecture student created accurate drawings that depict zone edge transitions, building heights and density, and more (and the viewpoint is more accurate too, not looking down fromabove like the picture below) that were given to the city. Why are these drawings not being used? It is imperative that the city accurately represent the proposed increase in density visually. The picture below is misleading with all the empty lotssurrounding the one lot with the increased density. If the below picture is accurate, I need you all to tell me what neighborhood those lots are in, so I can walk there and look at those empty lots surrounding one built up lot. I need to see this withmy own eyes. If it’s not possible for you to tell me where that neighborhood actually is in the Gallatin Valley, then stop using that picture. It’s not visually accurate. The drawings below are misleading. These drawings are inaccurate and I have mentioned this over and over and nothing has happened. I mentioned it face to face in December at the fairgrounds. What are you waiting for? Do the right thing and represent the proposed increases in density, accurately. It’s absolutely unacceptable that the city planning offices keep using these drawings, and that the commission is allowing it to happen. Use the accurate drawings. Disgustedly standing by, Patty McGown
