Hi Cody and Peter,
Here is the preliminary determination, as noted we’ll need to account for the irrigation demand.
Also, I know there was a previously approved site plan for the property but can’t find any record that a CILWR fee was paid with that
project. If it can be shown that a CILWR fee was paid that will be applied as a credit for this project.

Hi Griffin,
We are working on a site plan for a new Boutique Hotel proposed at 240 E. Mendenhall Street. Could you please provide a
preliminary CILWR determination based on the below information?
Boutique Hotel Mendenhall:
Hotel Rooms/Suites = 71
Restaurant, Kitchen & Rooftop Bar/Patio = 7,165 SF
Or, if you calculate Hotels by GSF the total building = 57,363 SF
Let us know if you need any additional information.
