NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of section 38.230.100 of the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Project Name: Oxbow Apartments Phase II, Package E, F and G
Application: 24586-Package E; 24587 for Package F; and 24579 for Package G.
Project Description: Phase II of the Oxbow development will consist of 132 rental dwelling units in 7 three-story apartment buildings, an outdoor open space pavilion, detached garages, as well as 2 open space/stormwater facility lots and 2 east-west-oriented mid-block public pedestrian right-of-way/open space lots. Phase II is located north of W. Garfield Street and east of S. Cottonwood Road. The Phase II development consists of 3 “Package” site plans: Package E site plan consists of the 1.87-acre Block 2, Lot 1 located at the northeast corner of Phase II providing 36 rental apartment dwelling units in two buildings plus garage buildings; Package F on Block 1, Lot 1 provides 36 apartment rental units plus parking; Package G on Block 1, Lot 2, provides 60 apartment units plus parking.
