Dear City of Bozeman:
On behalf of our client,Fourth Avenue Capital,we are submitting a Site Plan application for review for the
proposed"Blackwood Groves" subdivision located on Block 1,Lot 1 and Block 13,Lot 1 of the
Blackwood Grove Subdivision Phase 1 and 9,north of Blackwood Road and Victoria Street, and east of S.
19'Ave in Bozeman,MT.
Access to the proposed development will be from Canter Ave and Victoria Street. Site improvements
include 9 residential apartment buildings, a clubhouse and maintenance building.
