Hello Commissioners:
I’m writing to request that you designate (or keep) fraternities and sororities as conditional use
properties in the UDC. Parking alone is a huge issue; there should not be up to 50 peopleattending events at a residence not designed specifically for that use.
I also request there be limits placed on how many vehicles can be parked on the streets of
residential neighborhoods. I am living next to a renter with four trucks and a commercialtrailer, along with a ‘car.’ The driveway is three-deep, and the commercial truck / trailer
combo takes up the entire curb space. Often there are visitors or helpers whose vehicles areparked across the (narrow) street. Please require commercial vehicles with trailers to beparked off the street.
