I’ve mentioned numerous times both in person and at meetings that these pictures (below) of density are severely misleading.
The adjacent lots are vacant. That is deceiving. That will not be the case if the upzoning gets passed.
Adding the true infill on all the other lots will depict a much more crowded and accurate picture of what the proposed density will look like.
In these renderings, there are no comparison elevations of buildings, the view is from above, and no zone edge transitions depicted.
I know that an architect worked on better renderings and gave them to the city. Please use accurate architectural renderings to depict the actual amount of density that will occur if the UDC zoning that’s being promoted gets passed into code. Please present actual data.
