Speed Limit Admin Order CITY OF BOZEMAN TRANSPORTATION AND ENGINEERING DIRECTOR’S ORDER 2024-01 Adoption of Temporary Speed Limits Pursuant to my authority as the Director of Transportation and Engineering, and as set forth in BMC Sec. 36.07.010(A)(3), I hereby adopt temporary speed zones, attached as Exhibit A to this Order. All drivers of a vehicle must operate the same at a speed not exceeding the limits set forth in Exhibit A. These temporary speed zones are effective on September 17, 2024 and remain in effect until October 23, 2024. On October 24, 2024, all speed zones are permanent as established by Ordinance 2162. West Graf Street Graduated Speed Zone. 1. Speed limit is 25 miles per hour from South 11th west to the city limits. B. Kagy Boulevard Graduated Speed Zone. 1. Speed limit is 30 miles per hour from South 19th to Willson Avenue. C. Oak Street Graduated Speed Zone. 1. Speed limit is 35 miles per hour from North 19th to North 7th.
