At the direction of the City Commission, anonymous public comments are not distributed to the Board or staff. Public comments will also be accepted in-person and through Video Conference during the appropriate agenda items. As always, the meeting will be streamed through the Commission's video page and available in the City on cable channel 190. The board discussed ideas of how to spend money budgeted towards a downtown safety program, including adding security cameras and lights in needed areas. The board discussed replacing holiday garland and expand to the side streets in the coming years. As outlined in the 2020 renewal of the BID, the assessment rate will not exceed $0.03 per taxable dollar value. Group formalizing an action plan and next steps.
