00:09:27 Emily noted that the Christmas light sponsorship is lower than previous years. The board
discussed ideas of how to spend money budgeted towards a downtown safety program,
including adding security cameras and lights in needed areas. The board discussed replacing holiday
garland and expand to the side streets in the coming years.

BACKGROUND:The Board will provide guidance and feedback at this meeting and vote on a
final budget at the March 2025 board meeting. As outlined in the 2020
renewal of the BID, the assessment rate will not exceed $0.03 per taxable
dollar value. Last spring, the BID board reviewed the biennium budget for
FY2025 and FY2026, budget amendments may be made for the FY26
budget.

Downtown URD Project Updates
• Downtown Parking Group: Next Meeting is on February 21. Group formalizing an action
plan and next steps. For more information or notes from our meetings, please email
ellie@downtownbozeman.org.
• I-Ho Peace Park – Montana Main Street grant awarded for $30,000. Currently developing a
fundraising plan and project budget.
• Bozeman Creek – Pecha Kucha presentation to be given on February 19th & 20th at the Ellen.
• Downtown Streetscape Standard – Final draft under review, plans to adopt alongside the
Engineering Standard in early 2025.
• 5th & Main & Lighting Project – In progress
