Please find attached the Annexation Application Checklist and the Zone Map Amendment Checklist
for the existing parcel located at 1519 Alder Court Ln, Lot 25 of the Beatty’s Alder Court Subdivision,
S13, T2S, R5E, P.M.M., Gallatin County, MT. The submittal includes the following:
1. Annexation Application Checklist (ANNX)
2. Zone Map Amendment Checklist (ZMA)
3. Noticing Checklist (N1)
4. Project Narrative
5. Annexation/Zone Map Amendment Exhibit
6. Existing Subdivision Plat
Also to follow in a hard copy is a check for the Annexation (Including Initial Zone Map Amendment)
