HomeMy WebLinkAbout24606 Notice NOTICE OF A MODIFICATION APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of section 38.230.050 of the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. Pursuant to section 38.230.150, BMC, amendments to approved plans must be reviewed and may be approved by the community development director upon determining that the amended plan is in substantial compliance with the originally approved plan. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Project Name: North Central Master Site Plan Modification (MOD) Application: 24606 Summary: A master site plan application (21029) to coordinate design, phasing, and infrastructure across development of four blocks zoned B-3 was approved with conditions of approval and code provisions on December 20, 2021. The applicant has submitted a modification application proposing to alter the master site plan in the following ways to align with development in Phase 2:  Changes to the phasing plan. Moving the Mountain View West bulding located in Block A to Phase 2 from Phase 3.  Changes to the proposed block frontage design along Lamme Street.
