Per 38.230.080.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Bozeman Avenue Application: 24481 Summary: This is a Neighborhood Certificate of Appropriateness (NCOA) application to demolish an existing single-family residence and replace it with a new single-family residence and a detached garage with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above it. The new single-family residence will be a 3-bed, 3-bath dwelling unit and the total building footprint is 1943 square feet. The overall height of the structure is 30’- 2”.
