I owned a home at 815 Blackmore Place, Bozeman MT. I have concerns about this issue.1. Putting a commercial building directly behind my home. 2. Lack of privacy for home. 3. Placing a (church) chapel in the area. 4. Commercial lighting invading the backyard and disrupting the tranquil environment thatexists behind the home. I believe that you have failed in checking with the Covenants of Maple Terrace Subdivision. You have failed in contacting the entire subdivision by only checking in with three otherhomeowners. This issue involves the whole Blackmore Place community. The height of the fence is incorrect. The Covenants require a minimum of eight feet. My personal feeling is that the fence should be constructed at 12 to 20 feet, allowing for privacyand protection of the participants of the salvation army. Another major concern is the lighting of the parking lot of the commercial property invading privacy of the home. Checking the covenants, I don't know if a commercial property of a church is in the zoninglaws. Another concern is the element of homeless and unsafe characters that frequent the salvation army, rendering my home in jeopardy of safety. Thank you for your attention.
