Jan Strout suggested next agenda have a "positive meeting environment" to operationalize the
bylaws, to create a digital binder,
Deanna Campbell responded on the additional contents item and to keep within the scope of
the work,

Chair Carson Taylor requested City Attorney, Greg Sullivan, address the Study Commission
Jan responded to discuss resources going forward.
The group directed the Ex Officio to remove the two articles in question.
Becky Franks identified the expectation to not speak on behalf of the group via social media.
The group agreed.
Ex Officio Maas highlighted some administrative process improvements for the functions of the
Study Commission
