AIA DOCUMENT A201, GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION APPLIES TO THIS PROJECT AND SHALL BE INCORPORATED IN THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR. 2. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND JOB SITE CONDITIONS BEFORE COMMENCING WORK AND SHALL REPORT ANY DISCREPANCIES TO THE ARCHITECT. 3. USE WRITTEN DIMENSIONS. DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS. WHERE NO DIMENSION IS PROVIDED, CONSULT THE ARCHITECT FOR CLARIFICATION BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE WORK. 4. THE DESIGN, ADEQUACY, AND SAFETY OF ERECTING/ BRACING/ SHORING/ TEMPORARY SUPPORTS/ ETC. ETC. IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR AND HAS NOT BEEN CONSIDERED BY AN ENGINEER. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STABILITY OF THE STRUCTURE PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF WALLS, CEILING, AND FINISH MATERIALS. 5. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS WITH MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PLUMBING. 6. ALL MATERIALS AND FINISHES ARE TO BE AS SPECIFIED, OR PRE-APPROVED EQUAL. 7.
