Dear City Commissioners,
My name is Loretta Bendz and I live in Valley West at 480 Clifden Drive. I have lived in Bozeman since
1991.
I read the editorial where there is a proposal to increase the allowable height of downtown buildings… and
would also reduce the number of parking spaces s builder needs to provide when condos or apartments are built. I
encourage you NOT to support these blanket changes. We need to preserve the character of downtown. The
wealthy will find another spot to live and parking can be under the structure. Thank you!
