NOTICE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD CERTIFICATE OF
APPROPRIATENESS & DEMOLITION APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the certificate of appropriateness criteria of section 38.230.080 of the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.080.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Summary: This is a Neighborhood Certificate of Appropriateness (NCOA) application to demolish an existing single-family residence under 38.340.080.A.3 and 38.340.110 stating that it an unsafe structure and it is not feasible to bring it up to standards. The structure is not considered historic, nor does it contribute to any potential historic district. The property is zoned B-3.
