DEMO NOTES:
1. All structures on site shall be inspected by an accredited asbestos inspector.
2. If hazardous material is detected, all protocols from the MT DEQ must be followed.
3. All buildings and structures shall be removed to the existing grade level of the lot.
4. Existing building footings and foundation walls shall be removed.
5. Remove all rubbish and waste materials and ll all excavations to existing grade at the site so that the premises
are left in a safe and sanitary condition.
6. Properly disconnect all utilities, plug the sanitary sewer with a concrete plug, and have the water department
disconnect the water service.
7. Notify the building ocial in writing of any and all damages to public or other property or persons within 24
hours after the damage or injury has occurred.
8. All structures with existing city utility connections (sewer and water) must have permits to abandon services
issued and inspected prior to demolition permit approval.
