Yellowstone Fiber can provide fiber optic broadband services to the Canopy Hotel (32 South Rouse) via the rear lot (alley between Main and Babcock). Yellowstone Fiber does not assets nor plans to have assets north side of Babcock east of Rouse until the NW corner of Church and Babcock where we will have an access point (handhole). We do have assets or planed assets on the east side of Rouse. We do, however, have an aerial line in the alley. As such, Yellowstone Fiber does not need lot frontage utility easements along the north side of Babcock nor the east side of Rouse. sid.
