We are working on a site plan for a new hotel building proposed on East Babcock Street and South Rouse
Ave. Address is 32 South Rouse Ave (see attached map). Could you please provide preliminary CILWR
determination based on the information below?
Canopy Hotel Bozeman:
Hotel Rooms/ Suites = 191
Restaurant, Kitchen & Bar/Patio = 11,995
GSF levels 1-6 = 145,705 sf
GSF parking levels = 59,645 sf
