Dear City of Bozeman, Today I read a very compelling article in the Bozeman Chronicle concerning the proposed update and subsequently went on the City of Bozeman website to review the draft ordnancemyself. I totally agree with the guest columnist Scott Boyd assessment and recommendations. As such, the AHO should be revised to limit the height of buildings in the downtown area (B-2M and B-3) to 110 feet and also require all new buildings to provide parking onsite for every unit. As a longtime resident of Bozeman and the Gallatin valley I urge the Commission to adopt theabove changes to the AHO so that character of Bozeman is maintained for generations to come. Sincerely, Matt McCormick 406-600-0532 (mobile)
