Dear commissioners, I am appalled by the idea that anyone who has the best interest of all Bozemanites wouldconsider voting yes on the proposed AHO revisions. In what universe does giving developers breaks to build massive buildings (173 feet tall!) chock full of overpriced luxury condos withno parking help our current lack of affordable housing? I am amazed that it could be spun in that way. I do not believe that Bozeman should not change, that's the nature of growth, butwhy this dangerous, overbuilding that both destroys what makes Bozeman charming and enjoyable for all and more importantly does not address the actual issue that the people whokeep our town running (servers, plow drivers, police and firefighters, teachers, nurses, etc) cannot afford to live here. These revisions support a one-size fits all approach to development and lacks anydifferentiation between infill and greenfield developments on raw land. What we need is (to quote Scott Boyd of the Chronicle) is "gradual, incremental increases in density development."I know common sense is in short supply these days but I would hope it would prevail tonight. Please listen to your residents and say no to these revisions. Stop picking developers and theirpockets over the people who live and love it here. Thank you. Victoria Lyons (406) 595-8760
