I oppose the rewrite of the UDC because it benefits the developer instead of our community.
It would forever alter the character of historic neighborhoods. Diminished parkingrequirements and ridiculous height allowances will demand high rise parking garages further
extinguishing our skyline. This kind of development belongs on main arteries. It doesnothing for single family dwelling neighborhoods. The high rises are an eyesore and the
incentives only benefit the developer.
