This proposed revision is just another sell out by the Bozeman city government to developers.
Once again the current citizens of the city get screwed while the developers get everythingthey want.
I’m tired of paying taxes, maintaining and improving my home just to be told by this corrupt
commission that they are going to change zoning laws so a greedy developer can come in andsteal the wealth that I have built in my property. 65 foot heights in R1 - R3? That will flat out
destroy any views current Home owners have, put more traffic on neighborhood streets andincrease the risk to pedestrians and children. This city already refuses to enforce traffic laws.
If this commission passes this revision of the AHO, I will be suing and inviting all home
owners to join in a class action against this city commission and I will name every member ofthis commission by name.
I am sick and tired of developers destroying existing neighborhoods and communities, putting
pedestrians and children at risk due to increases in traffic and this commission doingeverything they can to help developers do so.
I can’t tell if this commission is stupid or just corrupt.
Greed before Need.
