Commissioners please vote no on AHO draft and return to a more developed list of
guidelines. Too much is being given away to developers whose dictionary does not include theword CHARMIng. I am the editor of Bozeman From the Heart and from my heart I am
imploring you to reconsider how you are remaking what was a charming western town into a Brooklyn, NY. Look alike. And My heart goes out to the humble home owners on Villard and
fifth, who might have to be living in the shadow of a behemoth. Bozeman residents who drivecross town on the north side should not be encumbered by streets congested by relentless
rows of cars, and in winter snow removal even more of a major problem. The developers havealready made big bucks on the backs of our special time. Can you resist the damage they insist
