MODIFICATION/AMENDMENT TO APPROVED Planner: DANIELLE GARBER, Application Date: 07/15/2024.
APPROVED 249, 1 bedroom and studio apartments. Is there a current or projected need for 249 1 bedroom
and studio apartments in the city of Bozeman? From a local provider of a ordable house in City of Bozeman
now, the answer is NO. I have gone from 10-15 applicants to 1-3 in the course of the last 5 years. the rent I o er
for 1 bedroom apartments is on pair with applicants, financial incentivized $1125. Where is my financial
incentive to rent to the working class citizens of Bozeman MT? Was the existing, 1 bedroom and studio
apartment inventory taken into consideration or did the applicant from New York City, Starman Group dictate
the a ordable AMI amount of 60%, rent $1,125.00, number of units needed to for profit taking back to New
York City Development investors. Starman Group is taking If you advantage of the city of Bozeman, TIF's,
