we are here tonight to talk about the december 3rd standoff wich took place at 407 s 20th ave.bozeman
thank you all for listening to what we have witnessed during the 27 hours during thisunfortunate event.
on december 3rd at approximately 5:30pm two bozeman police officers showed up to 407 s20th ave. when they showed up, christian the tennant of 407 s 20th ave was in the top left
upstairs kitchen window, at one point christian came outside and smoked a wholecigarette while talking to the swat team. shortly after that he went back inside and continued to
talk to the law enforcement through the top left kitchen window while opposing no threat, theyhad a bull horn and when they were saying "come out with your hands up and empty".
While these negotiations were happening there was never once a mention of a firearm in anyof their negotiations wich is kind of mind blowing considering that that was their whole reason
for being at christian's front door that night.shortly after the first tactical team showed up, the team proceded to shoot out all of his
windows and tear gas him 2 times in the course of 45 minutes (video evidence) during all ofthis there were still no negotiations being used.
this is about the time that they lost communication with christian for the next 24 hours of this27 hour standoff.
the next morning the circumstances doubled, there was another armored truck, now there was2 armored trucks in the front pulled into a v shape about 30 feet from christians open front
door and one more armored truck in the back of his driveway on the right hand side.law enforcement was shouting orders, tear gassing, and flash banging this residence all day
into the night, still no sighn of christian.christian was a great friend and neighbor and friend, after the 27 hours of the standoff
presented 7-12 cs gas charges. flash bangs that were used just as, if not more often than the cs gas, the lash bangs were shot
into, arround, and into the neighborhood sorrounding his house.
On the afternoon of the afternoon of the 2nd Day, after a Barrage of cs gas,Water Bombs andFlash Bangs Christian Yelled out of the doorway-"I'm Sorry" the best he could. Shortly after
that he said "I Give Up ". 6 tactical officers geared up and went to the doorway looking likethey were going to enter But never went inside, throughout that day they were cs gassing and
flash banging his residence all day, at this point my son and I went to go get dinner down thestreet, from 2 blocks away the cs gas was activating in both of our respiratory systems.
when we got back the swat team was cs gassing his gable end raftors multiple times (seen invideos)
christian was not a threat, he was not barrocaded, he did not own or have a firearm at any time
and there was not one word of a firearm in the verbal police negotiations. he was not a threat,
he was minipulated into staying inside his property from the police coming there with nointention of a peaceful resolve. the police came there to erase christian and they did a pretty
good job of destroying Property, Lives, and community. we are here for the truth Thank youall-good night.
