NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the site plan procedures and criteria of section 38.230.050 of the
Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and including the associated standards as outlined in 38.230.100.A,
BMC. Approval is granted if all criteria are met.
The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria.
Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment.
Per 38.250.030.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal.
During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations.

Summary: A site plan application to construct a two story building containing Salvation Army
operations and services. Interior uses include a chapel, gym/meeting space, and supporting
classrooms and offices. Site improvements include a parking area, driveway circulation, one
accessory garage, and associated walkways, landscaping, stormwater, and utilities. Public
improvements include a 10-foot wide shared use path along 19th, street lighting, and public
landscaping.

North 19th Avenue and North 22nd Avenue, East of
