I’ll perform the review with the rest of City staff so the CILWR determina"on does need to be submi$ed on the front end as we did in the past. That being said is there any water usage in the storage building or is it strictly for equipment? What’s the square footage of the storage space? If it generates less than a 0.25 acre-feet increase in water demand no CILWR fee is required. I am looking through the UDC and cannot find anything on how to calculate the cash amount. This site is located on 555 Manley Rd across the street from Rotary Park/Map Brewery and is zoned as M-1 on a 1.91-acre parcel of land. There is an existing oice building with an estimated max of 36 employees. The project consists of grading and paving a parking lot, installing a storm detention pond/basin, and construction of an additional storage building. Any direction or information on how to calculate the cash-in-lieu of water rights for this site would be appreciated. Let me know if you need any additional information.
