Home Base Partners speculative development, “The Guthrie” is one of the most disturbing proposals ever presented to our elected city officials. This project is not “building community”, it is destroying, brick by tons of brick, the very essence of Bozeman lifestyle. Many such projects have passed through our planning process, diminishing the sense of our town. Please do not let this application from Home Base Partners proceed, nor the 3rd or 4th revisions!!
